Users are repeatedly prompted to download "TokenFactoryIframe" when browsing Outlook on the web via Safari on Mac OS

Resolution - May 6th 8:29 am

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - May 5th 6:27 pm

IT Technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work with the vendor to resolve the problem.
