How does this affect me?

Users may receive an error message when accessing SpeedGrader in Canvas

When users attempt to access SpeedGrader, they may encounter an error message saying "Service is currently unavailable. Try again later".

Instructure identified the issue and are currently deploying a fix to resolve the problem.

Resolution - Sep 15th 9:52 am

These services have been restored to full functionality as of 8:13 AM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
