How does this affect me?
Users were not able to log into the TimePro application and the TimePro Time Clocks were showing off-line. IT technicians discovered the TimePro SQL service had entered a stopped state after the monthly OS patches were applied.
Resolution - Apr 10th 2:18 pm
These services were restored to full functionality.
